Ingredients: 4 large eggs 1 cup (equal to one small container) nut butter - I used Barney Cocoa + Coconut Almond Butter 1 medium banana or 1/2 large banana 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup cocoa powder 2 scoops Perfect Hydrolyzed Collagen or 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1 scoop Collagen A few pinches himalayan or sea salt Dark chocolate chips (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs & baking soda with hand-held blender, approximately 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into parchment paper lined loaf pan OR use muffin pan & fill 1/2 way in each cup. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. When done can add some chocolate chips on top. Makes 8-9 slices or 12

Ingredients: Cinnamon Raw Vegan Coconut Wrap (by Sunfood) or any other coconut/paleo wrap (can be heated up or served room temp) 1 tbsp nut or seed butter of choice 3-4 medium strawberries, sliced Directions: Place the nut butter in center of wrap and spread down the middle. Place sliced strawberries to cover the nut butter & fold each side in, like a crepe.

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped 1 tbsp sunflower seeds 1 tbsp cranberries 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt 2 tsp mayo (avocado or oilve oil variety) Himalayan salt to taste Directions: Place chicken, broccoli, sunflower seeds & cranberries in a bowl. Mix yogurt, mayo & salt and then toss into the salad until mixed well. Add more salt if needed.
