Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Brownies

I love when a dessert tastes unhealthy & it's not! These are so simple to make. Feel free to sub some GF flour for the collagen or change up the nut butter.

Ingredients:

· 1 cup (200g), Sweet Potato

· 8 Tbsp, Almond Butter (runny)

· 2 tablespoon, Maple Syrup or Choc Zero Maple Syrup

(increases fiber & decreases sugar content)

· 4 Tbsp, Cocoa Powder

· 2 tablespoon, Dark Chocolate Chips + more for brownie top

· 1 scoop , Hydrolyzed Collagen or unflavored collagen protein

Directions:

Combine sweet potato (fresh cooked & mashed or canned), almond butter of choice, Cocoa Powder, Collagen (unflavored) & syrup. Mix well & fold in 2 tbsp. chocolate chips. Add more chips on top of drizzle with 1 tbsp runny almond butter. Bake at 350 for approx. 20 min

Makes 9-10 brownies

With maple syrup, each brownie is approximately 150 cal, 9g fat, 17g carbs, 8g fiber, 4g sugar, 6g protein
