Frozen Nutty Banana Sandwiches & Sushi
These are a great snack or dessert & will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth! Frozen Banana Sandwich Simply slice up a banana & freeze. Once frozen, put 1 tsp of peanut or almond butter (I use Barney Butter brand of almond butter - great flavors) on a slice. You can add some unsweetened flaked coconut or dark chocolate covered chia seeds (my favorite & made by a company called Extreme Health).
