Creamy Chicken Broccoli Salad

This makes a 1 serving snack but can easily make in larger batches for lunch or as a side dish!

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp cranberries

2 tbsp plain greek yogurt

2 tsp mayo (avocado or oilve oil variety)

Himalayan salt to taste

Directions:

Place chicken, broccoli, sunflower seeds & cranberries in a bowl. Mix yogurt, mayo & salt and then toss into the salad until mixed well. Add more salt if needed.
