Cinnamon Vanilla Cake Bites 😋

These no bake, simple, gluten free treats will disappear fast!


- 1 scoop vanilla protein (Tone it Up or MRM are my go-to brands)

- 2 1/2 tbsp almond flour

- 2 tbsp almond butter (RX vanilla cookie almond butter is great choice but any will do)

- 2 tbsp maple syrup (I use mix of maple syrup & Choc Zero to decrease sugar & calories while increasing fiber)

- 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Brown sugar, sprinkles or coconut flakes to coat


Simple mix all ingredients, roll into balls and then coat with topping of choice!

Makes 8-10
