Mango Coconut Smoothie
Another protein shake that tastes like dessert! Perfect for an after workout breakfast...
Blend 3/4 cup frzen mango, 1 pack of iner ecco coconut smoothie pack, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop perfect hydrolyzed collagen & 1/2 scoop vanilla protein of choice (I use Garden of Life Organic PLant Protein in Smooth Vanilla).
One serving contains approximately: 250 calories, 5g fat, 30g carbs, 9g fiber, 15g sugar, 20g protein and has tons of vitamins A & C plus calcum and iron!
