Crunchy Chocolate Almond Butter Bites
8-9 tbsp almond butter of choice (Crunchy Barney Butter)
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup (Madhava Maple Agave Pancake Syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup GF flour (Bob's Red Mill GF All-Purpose Baking Flour)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops collagen protein (Grass Fed Perfect Hydrolyzed Collagen)
6 tbsp semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
3 tsp water
2 tbsp non-dairy milk (optional)
Mix all ingredients & shape into balls. Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer

Peanut Butter Cake Batter Protein Bites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein, Smooth Vanilla)
1-2 scoops collagen protein
4 tbsp peanut butter (Peanut Butter & Co. Smooth Operator or for some chocolate banana flavor, PB Crave Coco Nana Peanut Butter)
2 tbsp coconut sugar
4 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Silk)
3 tbsp coconut flour
Put all ingredients in blender & mix until smooth batter is formed. Roll into balls & store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
