Chocolate PB & Banana Fudge

Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter (I used PB Crave Coco Nana)
1 scoop protein powder (I used Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein Smooth Vanilla)
1 scoop collagen protein powder
1/4 cup softened coconut oil
1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 cup maple or agave syrup
1 small ripe banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup puffed brown rice cereal
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender, except cereal & mix until smooth. Add in cereal and pulse a few times. Pour into small, greased or lined pan, mini muffin tin or ice cube tray. Freeze for one hour & remove (can cut into smaller pieces if desired. Store in a ziploc bag or airtight container for up to a month in the freezer. Great as a pre/post workout snack or as desset!
