Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Parfait

If you have recently gone apple picking, this recipe is for you! It's a perfect way to use this seasonal fruit in a healthy & delicious way...

Ingredients:

- 1 medium diced apple, fresh or baked (to bake apples I simply place in a dish, add a tbsp of water and sprinkle with cinnamon. Make a few shallow cuts in the skin & bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until apple has softer consisitency inside)

- 1 5-6 oz. container of organic plain greek yogurt or Siggis Vanilla)

- 1/2 mashed banana

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1-2 tbsp granola or 1-2 graham cracker squares, crushed

Directions:

Mix mashed banana into the yogurt. Next add the cinnamon & vanilla and mix well. In a glass or bowl, place some apples in the bottom & start layering apples, yogurt & granola or crushed graham cracker.
