Burgers with a Portobello Bun
- 2 large portobello mushroom caps
- 6 oz patty of lean ground turkey (93% lean) or beef (85-90% lean)
- Slices of lettuce & tomato
- Thin slice of avocado (optional)
- Olive oil & sea salt
- any additional desired seasoning
Brush mushroom caps with olive oil & seasonings of choice. Grill mushroom caps & burger to desired temperature. Add lettuce, tomato &/or avocado & enjoy. Pairs well with a spinach & mango side salad!
