Simply take 1 bag or frozen cauliflower rice & frozen, shelled organic edamame (1/2 cup per serving) & defrost about 10 minutes. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil & 1-2 tsp. minced garlic & heat in pan. Add cauliflower rice & additional garlic powder (if desired). Cover & cook on medium heat, stirring & checking every 2 minutes. When just warm, add edamame & toss. Cover & cook an addtional 3-5 minutes. Feel free to add protein of choice (shrimp, chicken, tofu, black beans) and additonal diced veggies (corn, carrots) if desired. Leftovers good in fridge up to 3 days.
