This is a creamy protein shake that tastes more like dessert and great for a post workout breakfast - 19g protein, 12g fiber & under 300 calories!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz, smoothie pack 100% fresh young coconut (inner-eco brand)

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla

  • ½ cup, Frozen Wild Blueberries (Wymann’s)

  • 1/2 medium frozen banana

  • 1 scoop Hydrolyzed Collagen

  • ½ scoop Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein (Smooth Vanilla)

 

Blend & Serve! Makes one meal replacement shake or 2 snack/dessert shakes
