- 1-2 handfuls frozen spinach
- 1/3 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup wild frozen raspberries
- 1/2 small frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice ( I use Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein - Smooth Coffee)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of chioce (I use PB Crave Coco Bananas)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups unsweetend vanilla cashew milk
Blend all ingredients & enjoy! Great for post workout meal replacement!
