These are a great snack or dessert & will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!
Frozen Banana Sandwich
Simply slice up a banana & freeze. Once frozen, put 1 tsp of peanut or almond butter (I use Barney Butter brand of almond butter - great flavors) on a slice. You can add some unsweetened flaked coconut or dark chocolate covered chia seeds (my favorite & made by a company called Extreme Health). Place another banana slice on top and put back in the freezer. Eat a few as a snack or dessert!
Frozen Banana Sushi
Spread approx. 2 tbsp. of dark chocolate peanut butter (I love the one made by Peanut Butter & Co.) on one side of the banana & then dip in unsweetened shredded coconut. Slice the banana & place in freezer.
*For anyone nut allergic, you can do this with Sunbutter (sunflower seed butter is a great nut butter alternative as long as you are not also seed allergic).*
