This is a sweet salad packed with nutrients! Add sliced steak or chicken for a complete meal...
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 pint organic strawberries, sliced
- 1 avocado
- 4 oz. goat or feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or walnuts
- 1/2 small, red onion (optional)
For dressing: mix 1/2 cup olive or avocado oil, 3-4 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 1-2 tsp dijon mustard (optional), 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional), sea salt & pepper to taste
